Multi-color model allows max.6 colors pattern design. It obtain big improvement from traditional low loop burying tufting machine, more colors in better density and design presentation. Widely used for carpet tile and wall to wall carpet area.

1/6 and 1/6 gauge pattern loop model is multi loop, individual yarn control computerized tufting machine. It has double sliding needle bar with cam with gauge 1/6 and 1/6. The needle bar equipped with variable speed drive motors which achieve adjustable bedplate and adjustable needle stroke. Widely used for carpet tile and wall to wall carpet area.

1/8 and 1/4 gauge pattern loop model is also multi loop control computerized tufting machine. The pattern controlled by one small servo driving roll for each yarn feeding on 1/4 gauge, one big servo driving motor for all yarn feeding on 1/8 gauge. Widely used for carpet tile and wall to wall carpet area.

1/5 and 1/5 graphic model is also multi loop control patterned tufting machine. It obtains double sliding needle bar with servos which allows max. sliding 18 steps. Yarn feeding servos can be 2+2 or 3+3 or 4+4. This model is specially designed for carpet tile and wall to wall carpet, with good stability and high output.

• Needle beam driver adopts 70mm modulating shaft, with gear meshing balance shaft.
