This tufted carpet pre-coating production line is mainly used for tufted broadloom carpet yarn fixing, tri-proof treatment, drying and setting production line. This line makes carpet fabric ready for secondary backing(PVC backing, bitumen backing etc.) to achieve better pile locking and best backing effect, make the carpet more flat and tidy.
