Tufted carpet back coating production line is a complete back line composed from carpet unwinding, spray and lick coating, drying, cooling to winding and cutting etc.
Matale provides complete backing lines for all types of backings for both tufted carpets, artificial grass, automotive carpets and carpet tiles and so on.

Material requirements:
All the materials meet international standard.
All guide rollers are stainless steel covered rollers.
Insulated material, density is 100K.
Nozzle plate and wind pipes are made of galvanized sheet.
1.5mm Thinkness Spray paint outside door board,and 1.2 mm galvanized sheet of inner door board.
