Introduction

This Latex back coating machine is specially designed for table top tufted, hand tufted carpet/mat backside latex coating treatment. With highly automatic system, it can make the backside more even and save a lot of labor cost for user.

Embossing design: optional (can be three design together)

Machine runs by heat transfer oil/steam/gas

Working temperature: 180 degree in case of oil or gas , 130 degree by steam

Assumed working speed: 1-5 meters/min (depend on latex quality)
