Different pattern settings can be obtained by changing the height and arrangement of loops. The simulation results of multi loop high tufted carpet with various pattern patterns are listed below, as shown in Figure 12.
Compared with the traditional two-dimensional simulation, the three-dimensional simulation technology makes the carpet look more realistic. Among them, Figure 12 (a) simulates a tufted carpet with font pattern. By controlling the height of the velvet circle at the prominent position of the font to be higher than that at other positions, the font pattern is highlighted to form the shielding effect of high and low velvet circles. In the actual weaving process of tufted carpet, the transmission ratio of a single needle system in the tufted needle row is controlled to change its yarn feeding amount, and multiple needle row modules are combined in parallel before weaving, so as to form a high pile circle at the corresponding font position and maintain the same height at other positions. In FIG. 12 (b) ~ (d), tufted carpets with different patterns combined by high and low loops are simulated by the same method. In addition, compared with the previous research on the appearance simulation of tufted carpet carried out by relevant domestic scholars, this paper simulates the tufted carpet.
