Answer: The development of carpet fabric printing began in the early tufted carpet industry. Since the beginning of 1950, this industry has made great progress, led by the United States. After more than half a century of development, there are basically three types of carpet printing equipment used by printed carpet manufacturers: ①flat screen printing machine; ②rotary screen printing machine; ③computer-controlled inkjet printing machine. The digital inkjet printing used by our company started in the 1970s, aiming to develop a non-contact printing system and apply digital technology to produce multi-color patterns. The technology achieved rapid development in the 1990s, completing the transition from technical models to production applications. At the Paris International Textile Machinery Exhibition in 1999, the digital jet printing system received widespread attention and application in the industry.

2. What is the working principle of the inkjet printing machine?

Answer: The inkjet printing machine is actually an enlarged version (the latest version) of a color printer. It is controlled by a computer. The designed pattern is sprayed onto the carpet through a program-controlled solenoid valve to form a pattern. It can print carpets with a maximum width of 4m and a maximum of 16 colors.

3. What is the resolution of the inkjet printer?

Answer: The initial resolution of the inkjet printer is 16dpi and 25dpi. The so-called 16dpi and 25dpi are the number of dots per inch. A more vivid metaphor is the pixels of a camera. The base blanket is similar to photo paper.

4. What is the difference between 16dpi and 25dpi?

Answer: The smallest dot printed at 25dpi can be slightly larger at 1mm, and the smallest dot printed at 16dpi is slightly larger at 1.6mm. The 25dpi pattern is finer than the 16dpi pattern. But it also has a certain relationship with the surface flatness and pile density of the carpet. Therefore, high-resolution carpets rarely have high-pile carpets. If the piles are high and the weight is low, the flame retardant effect is poor, and it is difficult to meet the fire protection requirements.

The patterns printed on 16dpi are brighter and fuller than those printed on 25dpi.

5. What color groups does our company have?

Answer: Our company's full printed carpets currently use four sets of colors 6, 7, 8, and 9, each of which has 16 colors. Two sets of colors 8 and 9 are commonly used for printing, and the box uses No. 10 color sets.

Answer: Screen printing is not suitable for full-paved carpets with small batches due to the limitation of pattern and net-making. The jet printing technology can fully meet the needs of the market.

7. What is the production process and process of inkjet printing carpet?

8. What are the fireproof properties of nylon and other polyamide fibers?

Answer: Polyamide fibers such as nylon: melting point 215°C, decomposition temperature 315°C, ignition point 530°C, melting point and ignition point are quite different. It is easier to melt and drip when burned, and it is not burned out of the fire source, so it is considered to be self-extinguishing. Relatively speaking, its spreading combustion is less harmful. However, since the glue of the ground cover is easy to burn, it is generally difficult to pass the fire protection of carpets less than 1000 grams.

9. What are the pattern effects and suggestions that are not suitable for inkjet printed carpets?

Answer: There is a uniform noise pattern within two pixels, and the pattern is easy to be dislocated and deformed.

Within four pixels of the vertical stripes, the solenoid valve is frequently closed and opened, which is easy to malfunction and damage. It is recommended to change to horizontal stripes (more than two pixels).

When typesetting a cycle of more than 20 meters in the corridor blanket, the file memory is too large, and it is prone to computer crashes, malfunctions, and file losses.

The contrast between two adjacent colors is too large, and it is easy to produce color bleeding and splashing.

Printed carpets are not suitable for large areas of plain color, so it is recommended to dye them. When stitching in the hall, it is recommended to use plain colors or dots on both sides of the pattern to avoid the phenomenon that the mosaic cannot be assembled.

10. What are the characteristics of Huade 3#2m square printing machine?

Answer: In April 2011, the equipment has been upgraded to 25dpi resolution, which can print 1 pixel single line pattern (within 12 colors), and the output is about 400m2/8 hours. There are three types of loop pile, cut pile and elbow yarn. 11. Any suggestions for the use of nylon printed blankets?

Answer: Due to the technological process of nylon printed carpets, when the moisture content of nylon printed carpets is high, it is easy to deform under the action of external force, and form carpets that are wrapped and stretched. Therefore, it is recommended that the rubber pad should not be too thick in the paving area with heavy traffic. In areas that are often subjected to external forces, such as corridor areas, do not use too thick rubber pads. In the paving process, try to stretch and flatten as much as possible, otherwise, after a period of time, the carpet will stretch out when it encounters a humid environment.

12. How are nylon printed carpets cleaned?

Answer: For the cleaning of nylon printed carpets, you should choose a neutral detergent and use it at room temperature. Please do not exceed the temperature of 40℃ for washing.
