Non-woven equipment production line composition: opener + air feeding machine + carding machine + vertical screen laying machine + grinding machine

1. Cotton feeding and carding part: This production line can be matched with 1-8 sets of A186F flat carding machines. The cotton feeding part adopts the combination of light-controlled cotton feeding machine and air pressure cotton box.

2. Cotton laying part: The high-speed horizontal (vertical) frequency conversion cotton laying machine is matched with the A186F carding machine. Pressed into non-woven equipment and sent to the next process.

3. Mesh fence part: The surface of the non-woven equipment in the previous process is surrounded by vertical oblique cross mesh yarn (three layers in total, one vertical layer and two oblique layers). Each layer of twill yarn has two front and rear pre-grinding to shape the yarn. The meshing process adopts the yarn picking technology to make the mesh uniform and the non-woven equipment looser.

4. Cutting broken yarn and wrapping part: automatic cutting, flanging and wrapping (both ends wrapping).

5. The part of the grinding disc shaping and transporting cotton: the cotton yarn and the fiber of the non-woven equipment are run-in and bonded, pilling, and the strength of the non-woven equipment is increased. Equipped with four grinding discs, each side of the non-woven equipment is kneaded twice to make the non-woven equipment run in well, with more pilling and high strength.
