Winder is one of the most important part for both carpet tufting machine and carpet back coating machine.

A complete carpet tufting machine includes not only the main tufting equipment, but also can equip stand, mending frame, plaiting, winder, jute move device and creel and nylon tubes etc.as auxiliary equipment if necessary.

We will introduce the carpet winding principle in the following.

The carpet winder absorbs the basic working principle of the three-shaft winder currently on the market, the winding structure mainly includes four parts: mandrel, sleeve, pressure roller and stretching roller. Mandrel and the main purpose of the sleeve is to grip the carpet and the main purpose of the pressure roller is to press the carpet against the on the mandrel, the gap winding is implemented to quickly transfer the flat carpet to the core to achieve the purpose of flat winding. 

At the same time, a certain pressure is applied to the carpet with the help of the pressure roller, and the timely the air between the carpets during winding is eliminated to realize compact winding of the carpets. The main purpose of the spreader roll, the purpose is to flatten the carpet and eliminate some longitudinal wrinkles caused by the tensile stress of the carpet pattern. When working, the carpet to be rolled is firstly passed through the stretching roller, the pressure roller, and clamped on the mandrel.

On the clamping device of the sleeve (the sleeve and the mandrel are connected by a key), and then the motor belt acts after use, the mandrel rotates, which in turn drives the pressure roller and the stretching roller to rotate, so as to ensure that the coil is fully wound.

No wrinkles in the process. Finally, the carpet is all rolled up on the mandrel.
